CSN Araucária receives the Paraná Climate Seal

CSN Araucária (PR) has just received the Paraná Climate Seal – instrument of State Public Registry of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and actions aimed at ESG. The award aims to recognize, value, and engage good practices and efforts made by local organizations.

The methodology of the CLIMA PARANÁ Seal was developed based on commitments signed by the Government of the State of Paraná:

1. UN Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals;
2. The Race to Zero and Race to resilience campaigns;
3. Declaration of Edinburgh.

Always in favor of sustainable development, this year organizations (companies, city halls and cooperatives) were recognized in two categories, “Internal Market” and “External Market”. Each category has subcategories (A, B, C, and D), and category A is the most relevant.

CSN Araucária was awarded the EXTERNAL MARKET A category, the highest qualification in the Program.
