CSN and CSN Foundation launch initiative for the professional development of students of the Garoto Cidadão Project

In partnership with Fundação CSN, CSN has just launched an initiative to increase opportunities for professional development and contribute to the employability of students in the Garoto Cidadão Project. It’s the Citizen Mentorship Project.

Designed to support young people with fewer opportunities for the job market, the project provides for a close follow-up with CSN professionals who hold leadership positions and are willing to share knowledge and experiences. On a voluntary basis, for four months they will have virtual meetings with young people.

“We believe that investing in young people through education is fundamental for the development of society. The Citizen Mentorship Project reinforces our commitment to equity, providing greater opportunities for employability. It is an initiative of the present that changes the future and reflects our essence in practice”, explains Leonardo de Abreu, director of People and Management at Grupo CSN.
