CSN Cimentos receives GPTW award

We are pleased to announce an important achievement: the GPTW – Great Place To Work seal, that recognizes CSN Cimentos as one of the best places to work.

The GPTW seal is the result of a comprehensive survey carried out with our employees, which evaluated several essential factors for a quality work environment, including trust in the company’s leadership, innovation and the quality of the work environment. The survey recorded an adherence rate of 88%, and the favorable index, which measures the level of satisfaction and engagement of employees in relation to the work environment, reached an impressive mark of 83%. This research is based on the assessment of five fundamental attributes for an excellent work environment: reward, respect, impartiality, pride and collaboration.

Edvaldo Rabelo, Head of Cement Operations at CSN, emphasizes the importance of this award. “This certification is part of our strategy to expand, attract and retain the best talent, further strengthening our employer brand. This achievement comes at a special moment, marking the successful completion of the integration process of the acquired assets of LafargeHolcim, consolidating CSN Cimentos as the second largest cement producer in Brazil”.
