CSN holds its 1st Quality Week

Three days of sharing a lot of knowledge and various online and face-to-face actions at the units. This was the Quality Week, held from November 16th to 18th by CSN. The main objective of the event was to connect people to the importance of quality. This is related to products and services, but also to the methods used to deliver all of these to customers and stakeholders throughout the chain.

Internal and external speakers brought to the event important discussions on quality management, focus, innovation, risk mitigation, time management, among others. There were more than 500 participants in face-to-face events and 1200 in the online modality.

“Having moments to talk about quality within the company is essential to develop employee awareness. I believe that the event was a success, as we had the participation of all the units and we joined excellent professionals from the house with other big names that are references in the area”, says Alexandre Pimentel Sampaio – Quality Assurance Manager at UPV.
