CSN launches the Corporate University

Transforming people through Education. That’s the purpose that the Corporate University has just been launched, a program that complements the educational journey that already exists at the CSN Group.

CSN Corporate University is composed by: Business Schools, Leadership Courses , ESG, Innovation and Excellence in Results. All are important mechanisms to develop our employees, aiming the improvement of the business performance and encouraging them to learn during the process

During the month of September, all the CSN managers were on a training on the Corporate University platform. Since October, the same platform has been released so that all other employees can make their own learning journey – all through innovative education solutions aligned with our organizational skills.

“CSN Corporate University arrives to innovate the development process in the Group, bringing several learning solutions and creating opportunities for everyone to have access to education. This path enhances our individual and organizational skills, in addition to keeping our strategic objectives and culture aligned,” explains Alan Gianotti, corporate manager of People Management at Grupo CSN.
