CSN trains people with disabilities in Volta Redonda with the Programa Incluir
June 17, 2024
The CSN celebrated the graduation of 13 people with disabilities (PWDs) from the Programa Incluir, held at ETPC. After the ceremony, graduates will have the opportunity to participate in interviews with CSN managers for positions in the areas of production, logistics, and laboratory work.
The main objective of the Programa Incluir is to train PWDs from the community to enter the job market, especially at CSN.
The course, developed in partnership with ETPC, lasted six months, beginning in December 2023 and ending in June 2024. The class, composed of men and women, received training on steelmaking processes, with an emphasis on CSN’s logistics routines.
The 13 trained professionals will be introduced to CSN managers to compete for available positions, promoting inclusion in the industrial environment. Once hired, the trainees will be hired under the CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) in positions such as production assistant, production operator, logistics assistant, and logistics operator.
Those with professional experience in other areas may also be considered for different positions, depending on their profile.
